4K Tow Package constraint ?

I ordered a LARIOT Lux pkg on Dec 30th thru a local dealership. When ordering with my ECOBOOST motor I wanted to order the 4K pkg.
Dealer rep entered it in computer but he said ( and showed me) that the 4K pkg was unavailable due to parts shortage. Anyone else with this problem?

I believe You need to have AWD when adding the 4K package to your Ecoboost.

I did order AWD, I don't know if this is a temp order issue or going to be a prolonged issue
