SInce my original order on 10/30/2021, I have received 5 of these "Ford Updates". The original order was for a Hybrid and I am having a hard time deciding to switch engines.

I lost count since my original order on 10/4/21. But I'm shure I'll get another in 3 days

I got my third one today on a 9/16 order also. Wish there was a way to reply and ask them why their supply chain challenges has not prevented them from scheduling other orders that were placed after 9/16

Just got this email from FMC a few minutes ago. I’m sure many of you have or will receive this email too.

Back in my day, you didn't get communication every 45 days! You just sat in the dark wondering if anyone still remembered you were there, and you liked it. 🥲

I too got that email, but last week the chat line gave me a vin# and a built date so now I don't know what to think going to stop by the dealership ask them if they can find out anything

I received my 45 day email from Ford Motor Company this afternoon. I can’t remember exactly how many of these disgusting emails I have received so far. I believe I started receiving them after Ford realized how poor their communication’s team was.

However, these 45 day emails are absolutely worthless. In today’s world, there is no reason why we should not be receiving a personal email weekly from Ford updating us on the status of our orders.

So here we go again……ITS BEEN 470 DAYS SINCE I PLACED MY INITIAL MAVERICK, AND STILL NO PRODUCTION SCHEDULE!!!!!

So if they say nothing you whine, but if they at least send out 45 day updates, you still whine. Wow.

I think Ford should have to treat these as coupons and give a $500 discount for each one you can present when your truck is delivered. I could get a free hard tri-fold cover by now. I just got my third 45-day letter and they didn't issue them for the 1st year of waiting.

No email for me. I got one 45 day alert but none since! I will never order another new vehicle again. I will only buy from the lot or an independent seller.

Weird comment… Ford is saying nothing.
People want an update but there is no point sending a communication that says nothing useful. Useless updates are every 45 days are worthless.
