Not much to report that has not already been said by others.

Loaded '23 Lariat Hybrid, no sunroof. Have had zero issues over 6500 miles. This will be a very boring report.

  • No mods sans bed cover, just a plain jane Maverick from the factory.
  • The ACC changes the commute in stop and go traffic. Traffic still sucks, but sucks less.
  • It's the workhorse for the household, like the CRV was.
  • Don't miss my CRV after putting a bed cover on and load daily stuff in bed.
  • Power is adequate, road trips comfortable enough.
  • To date, believe only one person has been in back seat, so that is not an issue. Same as CRV, people rarely rode in back.
  • B&O Audio is great for my taste. I think our Navigator is better sounding overall though.
  • The bed is great, have been remodeling at home, carrying grout, tiles, tiles set, lumber. Nice to have a place for messy stuff.
  • Easy to park and fit into spaces.
  • The hybrid powertrain exceeded my expectations. Smooth, no clutch to engage and disengage, no belts, no auto transmission fluid, no torque convertor, no starter and best of all no turbo. I think of this vehicle more as a Escape XL.

Hey Jim.

Congratulations on getting your Maverick!

Now that you have it, perhaps one of the first mods is to add a Maverick Truck Club decal so you can properly “represent.”

Two styles/sizes available:

Maverick Truck Club Decal (Glossy) | MaverickTruckClub - 2022+ Ford Maverick Pickup Forum, News, Owners, Discussions ($5 delivered)

Maverick Truck Club Decal (Transfer) | MaverickTruckClub - 2022+ Ford Maverick Pickup Forum, News, Owners, Discussions ($6 delivered)
