Yeah.... Why?
Your original post was only a few words long. Not even a complete sentence. And it had no clear association with the link in the title. So it was a bit concerning. I've seen people have a stroke and post weird things. Not on here, but other online sites. Knowing the average age of folks on here skews "old", I had to ask.

Glad things are ok. To answer your question, yes, others have reported the same. I have seen a few posts over the past week or so that ask similar things about the tracker showing incorrect trim levels and packages. So, you are not alone!

When your window sticker shows up a few days before your date, it will have the correct model and equipment. The tracker for mine also said XL but when the window sticker showed up it was as it was supposed to be. Tracker can get a little confused at times

Originally I had text in the box for a different thread I was going to start. I meant to delete it but somehow I must have hit the post button too soon. Damn, you must be constantly refreshing this page because I literally changed that within 1 minute!

Glad to hear others are having the same problem but at the same time disappointed that we have a tracker that doesn't even work. What's the point?!
Yeah, I am one of those people who spends an inapprorpiate amount of time on here. Haha. I am also one of those people who "edits" my posts, sometimes multiple times. So you are not alone there either. I am usually fast enough that nobody quotes it before I edit it.

Hi,

How long before your scheduled week was it before the tracker changed from order confirmed to scheduled week of?

Thanks

In my case, I got the email confirming my order on 11/18 then got the scheduled email on 1/18. The order tracking website changed from the 'confirmed' box to the 'scheduled' box on the same date (1/18).

I have the exact same issue. Contacted Ford Chat about it and the agent told me it will update when the truck is built. (Don't shoot me, I'm just the messenger). Contacted my GM and he said the tracker is often wonky. (again, don't shoot the messenger). As others have said, the window sticker will have all of the correct build info. Your dealer will/should have all the correct info and will get the appropriate update from Ford.

On mine it showed in production a week before my scheduled build date. But it can vary a little depending what mood the tracker is in.

Has anyone else been having trouble with the accuracy of the website in the title? When I input my sales code and VIN number, it tells me congrats for my XL, then in the packages section it has 300a AND 500a (which is for Lariat)... But I ordered an XLT! Also, I've gotten emails of a March 13th production date, but in that website I'm still showing as 'order received' and no scheduled production date.

My dealership swears my info in their ordering system is right but this tracking website is way off! Just wondering if other people are experiencing the same misinformation on this particular tracking website?
I have an issue with that website at well. It has my Maverick "In Production" status since 1/12/2023 but according to my dealer, it is on a train on its way to Chicago. Modules have been populated for quite awhile too.

I did notice that the vehicle order tracking status page hasn't been updated for my truck since 01/12/2023.

Ford tracking site is all messed up. For the most up to date info, check with your dealer. Dealer in house tracking system is a lot better and more up to date. Ford Customer Service is also better than the web sit.

The tracker is completely FUBARed as of about a week. My Lariat is also an XL...and has, according to the tracker, been in production since 1/12....yet has an ETA at my dealer of next week. Your Window Sticker will be accurate...ignore the tracker.

Assuming your dealer isn't lazy like mine and simply responds with "No update. Sorry" 15 seconds after I text him... instead of actually checking.

Based on FoMoCo's dismal track record on orders, scheduling etc., it is not surprising that the tracking tool is a worthless piece of :poop:. But, at the same time you mean to tell me a multi-billion dollar car company can't even have a viable tracking tool?! Give me a break!
