22 f150 vs hybrid mav ride quality

Currently own a lariat powerboost f150. Previously had a 2019 ram laramie (with independent rear suspension)...it rode much better than this leaf spring rear f150. My xlt hybrid should be here November and wondering what sort of ride I should expect with it vs these 2 full size trucks
