2025 Maverick under 12,000 Miles hit by school bus!

Sorry to hear about this. From you photos it looks repairable. I would take it to another repair shop if the one you go to tries to tell you it's totaled.
On another note, with all the yelling going on inside a school bus during a normal drive, I'd be surprised if the driver understood what what the kids were yelling.

Make sure they check the axle and do a full alignment. I once had an accident (my Mini got rear-ended by a Dodge Ram) where the shop didn't see all the damage until they were working on the car. To this day, the tires lose air (even new tires), and I can't take it through a car wash or water gets into the space in the boot where the spare tire sits.

Good luck chasing that one. You think hole-in-the-wall insurance companies are bad; you get to deal with local government....

Depends on the locale. Wealthy or poor area.

The answer is $4600 to repair... got my 2nd estimate back .. going with that one.
