Same deal here, feel like it's been in the same "In Production" status for 2 weeks now with no updates.

True. However my VIN is in the high 3000's. Also, doesn't this same plant build the Bronco Sport? I'm assuming it's a split shift with one shift building Mavericks and the other Broncos.

I thought the entire assembly process was about a day and a half.

My 25 XLT has a scheduled build date for Nov. 22nd. On the online portal, it has been saying in production for a week or so now.
Below is my Carvana trade in value for 11-24-24 with 4,100 miles on my current '24 XLT w/lux. Seems that they are falling quickly in value. That's about a $9k hit when I factor in MSRP & TTL.

How do you produce over 15,000 per month if the assembly process takes 2 weeks?

My 25 XLT has a scheduled build date for Nov. 22nd. On the online portal, it has been saying in production for a week or so now.

Ford sends an email saying the vehicle is in production when, in fact, not a single piece of that vehicle is even in the assembly plant. The only part of that vehicle that might exist would be the manifest or the build sheet.

They use JIT manufacturing. All of the parts need to come together at the plant to get the assembly started so as the line doesnt need to stop production. My last three Fords 2019-2020-2023 all took approx 2 weeks in production. Im told that parts are delivered every day for that days production line run.

Assuming it's a two week assembly process would mean there's around 8k vehicles on the line at the same time. I find that hard to believe.
