Same here, still showing in p

I will bet mine is further back in the same lot as yours but I fixed my dilemma by ordering another one last week and its already scheduled for February build. Not sure which one will get here first.🙂
I tried to think of a reason I might need a second one of them, but I couldn't. Still, if I could talk to my past self, the message might be to hold off on ordering a little bit.

Saw this today on the Reddit Maverick page and didn't see it posted here anywhere. Hoping mine ships this week.
Only one is green….

I would not buy one from a dealer unless they will match what Granger Ford in Iowa sells them for, typically $25 to $50 over their cost.
Could you please elaborate, @Ozarkbeard ? How do I know what Granger Ford in Iowa sells them for?
And if not from a dealer, then whom? There are many 3d-party providers, are there any reputable ones you'd recommend?

There are a number of private vendors you can shop from. A quick Google search turned up these sites:

* CarEdge (They seem to also sell a warranty)

* Forbes list of best warranties

* U.S. News Advice on buying an extended warranty

I'm not recommending anything here - these are just starting points. Personally, in the past I've avoided extended warranties. The only things that have me even considering one this time around are Ford's not-too-terrific reliability scores and the fact the '25 has two large electronic screens that can break.

You go here and enter your information and it gives you a quote for the warranty.
https://www.grangerfordextendedwarranty.com/

I recently purchased one through Granger and it was really straight forward. I opted for the 5/60K PremiumCare with a $200 deductible and I added the extra lighting option. I think it was around $1100.

I like the Granger/Ford warranty because it is the official Ford warranty and can be used at any Ford dealer in the US without any hassle. In some cases it can be transferable to the next owner if you sell the vehicle before it ends which adds to the value of the vehicle IMO.

Why would they sell a warranty for up to 36000 miles on a new truck? There are, to me, too many loop holes in warranties, like used parts, cheap work, you name it, they are out to make money where you pay a deductible on a problem costing less than the deductible. I just don't get it.

Thank you! I just got off the phone with Select Auto Protect (#1 on their list), they offer "bumper-to-bumper" for 5 years after the manufacturer's warranty expires, 100K miles, for $2400-something, $200 deductible. He said he would add one "free" year, which makes it 6 years after expiration.

Granger Ford offers much cheaper deals (note that their coverage starts at the purchase date, so "10 years" means "7 years after manufacturer's warranty ends). So to compare apples-to-apples, here is what you'd get for the same exact term:

I wondered the same and the only thing I could see was if someone drove so few miles that it would take them several extra years to hit the mileage target. That's not me though - I'll hit the mileage target long before it times out.

I drive less than 6k a year. It woul take me several years to obtain 36K, but to each his own. For me, too many commercials means they are out to make a killing.
