I much prefer the 2024 arrangement.
Ditto. The drastically cheapened 2025 cluster and center dash is inexcusable, especially considering the notable price increases. What did Ford save, $5-$10 per vehicle?

Anyone else find this instrument panel cheaply done and a bit of a nuisance?

I guess I have the 4K tow package. But why are the buttons backward?

It is like you have the left-hand version & I have the right-hand version.

I actually prefer the 2025 arrangement. Perhaps it's because I OWN a 2025. But as a technician at a Ford dealership, I merely service and repair the other models. So their controls, knobs and buttons aren't as familiar. I drive mine every day. But I only operate the controls on the older ones when they come in for repairs which isn't that often other than to perform a recall which usually consists of updating software. I guess we all have our preferences. I don't think it's better or worse, just different.

I won't call it cheap feeling - but I will say that the single piece of plastic for all buttons that just has very little/no flex annoying. There is no separation between buttons, so when pressing a "button" the whole button panel flexes. I feel like its something that will eventually break. Good thing that I don't really interact with it though, except for the brake hold button and when I show off the cameras using the camera button. Otherwise, its meh at best.
