I tried to buy a 24 Mav in November of last year right before the stop sale was issued for backup camera. I'm still waiting for the truck but wondering if the deal I originally had with them is okay or not. Sticker is $32,430. We agreed on $33,500 OTD price. I'd be getting it for $30,937 before taxes, fees, etc ($1,493 off sticker price). I'll attach a photo of the original buyers order. Also, anyone hear if the 2025s are negotiable or are the dealers holding fast and close to sticker? Part of me wants the refreshed look of the 25, but it'd be quite a bit more money as it's required to get the XLT Lux Pkg with the FX4 Pkg....
Think my '24 deal is okay, or should I beg for more (tempting because it's now 5 months later and the truck is only depreciating)
So, if anyone has bought a new 25, what was your deal off sticker?

Honestly I would just buy a 2025 or a different vehicle. There’s no end to this and the 2024s are objectively worse vehicles.

2025s can be had for below MSRP easy (Granger even advertises that you should use their quote to price shop). If the rumors are true then the 24s might be able to be sold again pretty soon. Which means literally thousands of 24s across the country will become available - dealers will try to move them, Ford will give incentives, or the 25s will be in less demand and have more negotiation room.

I wouldn't overthink it to save maybe a few hundred dollars but if you're not in the "all change is bad" camp then the 25s offer a lot of nice changes but it is a slippery slope and you'll probably end up paying closer to 36/37k for a 25 You can't buy the 24 right now anyway so it's really do you want a 25 now or are you fine waiting (maybe look up a custom order through Granger for the 2025?)

Let's see. They discounted it $1493 but you're getting charged $464 for Doc fees and another $32.53 is BS fees so really your discount off MSRP is only $996.47 for a vehicle that is now a year old, with a outstanding recall and that had a mid-cycle update.
No, its a bad deal. Don't buy.
I bought my 2024 back in March 24 which also stickered for $32K for $28K. So I'd target closer to $4K off on a 2024.
You should be able to get your current deal for that '24 on a new '25.

BTW, Farm Bureau offers $500 discount on any new Ford purchase if you're a member. Its only $35 to join, so if you are not currently a member join for your state and you'll get another $500 off. You need to be a member for a month to get the benefit.

This is what I was basically thinking. Thank you, I just needed to hear it from someone else who got a far better deal than me! I'm going to try and beat them up more or just pull the trigger on a 2025. I do like the refresh, just not the price increase.... ahhh decisions!

The sale price was 28K plus tax, tag, license and the BS fees..which ended up at $299.
So ended up $30K OTD price.
