I've taken my '24 on a trip from Atlanta to Gainesville, FL and back traveling I-75 and it averaged 36 mph going close to 10 over speed limit..so close to 80 mph. No way it should be anywhere under 30 mpg unless you're going 90+ mph.

Maybe you need to angle them down. Fogs, correction (driving lights) should never blind anyone and if they are they're pointing too high or a poor design.
