So I placed a 2023 order which was never scheduled. A 2024 rollover order was placed. I kept getting and email update every 45 days until October saying we are working on your order. I called Ford after not getting any more emails and was told the dealer should have placed a 2025 rollover order, but I was not contacted and it was never placed. I have private offers for $750 and another for the 2023-2024 rollover for $2500 which both expire on 3/31/2025. With not enough time to get an order filled by 3/31 what are my options?

I would contact Tim Bartz of Long McArthur Ford in Salina, Kansas for advice (and to place a new order). You can reach Tim here at @fordvideoguy or Sarah at @Sarah Davis. They might be a little slow to respond this weekend since they traveled to Florida for a meetup. I believe they return to Kansas on Monday.

Another option would be to join their Livestream on Tuesday evening and ask them your question there.

What did your dealer say when you contacted them?

I'm a little surprised you didn't get scheduled. Your dealer must have not gotten allocations or something. Orders don't roll over. You place a new order once order banks open which was August 1.

In regards to private offer, they always have an expiration date for the end of each quarter. If you look at the fine print, it should say that it is good on a purchase or order of a vehicle. When the vehicle comes in, the dealer would need to use the protect date for the incentives for the offer.
