2024 EB brake failure

In the interest of closure and hopefully being helpful, this saga is about over. After supplying all the necessary paperwork, I did receive my buyback offer yesterday and accepted it. The truck never left the dealer, so no turn-in process required.

Despite my disappointment, it’s fair to say Ford handled the situation professionally and, once we got to the buyback stage, it moved pretty quickly.

Perfectly sized vehicle for my needs and I looked forward to driving it into the ground. Maybe I’ll be able to get my head around buying another one. We shall see.
