Brake failure and other warning lights

Got a call from the wife the maverick was low on brake fluid , the engine light was on , and many other warnings. The truck has 1400 miles on it it still smells new. We found a local ford dealer. He suspected a mouse nested . Three hours later we get a call saying all fixed . The brake line on one of the wheels was not tightened correctly from the factory and was slowly loosening up till it came off dumping brake fluid. They said the reservoir was empty . They refilled and checked the other hoses . Service was covered from the warranty.
Anyone else have a SNAFU like this ?
