2023 Maverick 67k miles Drive Line Vibration/axleshafts?

I just clicked over 67k going in 68k miles and I started to notice a vibration when accelerating on the free way. After reading some post I believe it to be axle shaft issues but Ofcourse this happens after my my power terrain coverage expired. I’m taking it to the dealer shortly to diagnose it but I wanted to see if thier was any chance of having warranty coverage, I took delivery of my truck December of 22 so is it possible I still have a defective factory part or am I just destined to pay full retail for a repair? I’ll post updates after the diagnosis.

I'm not really 100% positive, so don't take this as fact. My understanding is if your beyond your power train warranty coverage the repair cost would be on you (not covered). If you have one of the extended warranty plans it might be covered under that.

However, Ford did give an extended warranty for the cv axles as a one time fix for up to 10 years/150,000 miles (Customer Satisfaction Program 25N09), but if I recall correctly, it only covered a certain date range of builds on the MY22's. Check with your dealer to find out the exact details, I could be wrong.

Ford did make some changes to a newer version of the cv axle but I have no clue what the differences are.
