Finally got my 2022 Maverick (hybrid) w/ Luxury package! Ordered Oct 2021 and received early Nov of 2022. So I've now had it for about 2 months, driven about 1,600 miles and absolutely love it. Definitely worth the wait and meets all my needs. Only thing I miss comparatively from my old '07 Subaru Forester is the manual transmission... But... Can't really complain otherwise
Pros:
MPG is very good, ranges anywhere from 33 on hwy to 40 up in Portland traffic.
Hauls and tows well (rented a 9' U-Haul trailer to pull a 600lb power tool)
Wife loooovvveess the heated seats, and I like the amenity as well.
Very practical for living in a suburbia neighborhood with trips to the store and home Depot every week
Cons: not a ton of power, but that's to be expected given the specs and that the purpose of it isn't to be a big heavy duty pick-up
I'm keeping the post short because many of the other posts I have seen over the last year touch on a variety of great qualities this truck has. I'm just very happy to finally have it and use it in my everyday life
