2022 Lariat Area 51 vs. 2025 Lariat Azure Grey

I was in love with my 2022, but really wanted AWD so the moment orders went in, I was there. Yes, i wanted Area 51 again, but I like the azure grey. It is not as dark. After driving my 1st longer trip, I realize there are quite a few differences between the two, like the door code lock, the larger screen which actually works like maps without getting my phone involved although figuring where i can change the radio station or add heat to my seat or put on the defroster are hopefully easy fixes and i have time.

We have the new screen on our 2 year old ford escape and it has been fantastic. I too would prefer physical buttons, but it is as good as it can get.

How do you like the tan interior/blue combo in person?

I like it much better although there are still a few orange highlights on the vents and at the door handle.

AT’s a real nice lookin’ truck ya got there. The tan works well with the paint color.
