I'm due for the 15,000. The oil doesn't need changed yet (already had one change), what else do they do? Fix the recalls? I got a letter saying they had a software patch for the park/prawl problem.

You should make sure they do all the checks in the owners manual - available in your app or online. There are many.
Things with measurements should be stated in work order - like coolant strength, not just "topped off".
