Has anyone used the 110 volt bed outlet. I’ve tried running a small (5 1/2”) circular saw and a tree trimmer chain saw. Neither would work correctly. They would shut down after a few seconds only to start again and then stop. pulling too many amps?

Ford recommends no more than 15 amps so there's not much you can run off it.
After watching this video I'm using the same setup. I have a hybrid, I don't know how it would work for EB.

Yes too much draw. 400 watts is all it puts out. Look at the appliance, find the amps it uses (should be listed on a sticker, or in the plastic housing), multiply that by the volts (120v probably) to estimate the amount of watts required.

W = A × V

15 amps at 120v is WAY over the 400 watt limit. 15 amps x 120v = 1,800 watts.

Sorry, my bad. 😔 I was thinking of this video, but it's referring to the 12v connection.
