How do I set a bookmark on this site?

Newbie here. Is there a “bookmark” specific to this site or are the bookmarks referred to simply those that I use with my browser (in my case Safari for my iPad)?

They are specific to this site. Up at the top right side of a post there is a small rectangular icon to the left of the post # and when you hover over it it will say bookmark. Click on that to set a bookmark. To read your bookmarks click on your handle at the top of the screen. At the top of the window that opens you will see Bookmarks. Click on that.
