I have that pad, and it does interfere a little bit with the camera, but it just blocks part of the bottom of the view. FWIW the full size pad had the same issue on my F150. There are also some removable filler pieces in the cutout. You have to keep them both out to expose the tailgate handle...

In answer to your other question, you should be able to contact Ford CS using the dealer number and order number. I was in a similar situation where I "took over" an order someone else has placed but backed out of. I was able to get updates on the order status.

I creeped on mine the night before I was supposed to pick it up. Somebody else came in after me and cut off the catalytic converter! Pick up was delayed a week!

The builder also loses the orange accent in the grill if you select the lariat lux package. I don't think that's accurate. I was wondering about the tailgate lettering though.

I'm hearing the same thing from my dealer. COVP is submitted but they haven't got the approval back from Ford yet.

I really suspect the interior will look just like the Tremor minus the Tremor logos. There are some pretty good pictures and videos of that interior out there. All the navy blue stuff is still navy blue. The accent panels are what are black. The chart above shows "Key Interior Colors: Navy Pier"...

My dealer converted mine. I've still got the same order number. He said there was no problem doing it at all.
