I got it up to 34 MPG around town during the cooler weather (EPA Urban is 27). 30 MPG on our 400 mile RT (28 outbound, 32 on the way back) at about 80 MPH! Milage dropped to 30 when the temperature got to 100.
Traded in the EcoSport and picked up our new Maverick yesterday, seems a bit of an anticlimax after waiting and reading about them for so long. It's just a car - there are more important things in life!
Seems OK, it's big! Just fits in the garage with no room to spare.

Yea, I've had cars I had to park on a hill so I could bump start them but modern GDI engines literally start 'first piston up' - the ECU 'remembers' where the crank stopped.
I don't like to have the engine idling, I believe in Switzerland it's illegal to have your vehicle idling at a light or railroad crossing. Don't know how or if they enforce this. I'm told if you are sitting with the engine idling people will scowl and point at you:(.
Agreed, when I saw 'CVT' I was thinking belt drive and was actually looking forward to driving a modern CVT - the last time I drove cars with a CVT transmission was in the '60s (DAFs).
