The fabric keeping it from going through is more like a cover, it can be pulled back some to get in between it and the back of the seat and only goes down a few inches.
That's zoomed in on the one I was talking about, you shouldn't be able to see the nut snug with the bottom of the stud, as the cover should be between the 2, otherwise what's the point of the nut on top
The nut should not be visible on top of the stud. The stud sits on the bottom the cover goes over the stud then the nut goes on, bad picture quality but noticeably different.

18mpg, 188 miles on first tank. Only city driving so far, atlanta suburbs so traffic light or stop sign every mile or so and a lot of idling. Larger tires on as well.
If there are no recalls I would call them and see if you can pick it up today. It should only take a few hours to complete the pdi and detail, as long as you're not getting tint or other add ons.
I haven't been able to change it in forscan without it saying awd fault and showing codes in the awd, pcm and pscm. So for now it's back to original settings. I will try again when I get time.
Well I take it back for the moment, we changed it in the bcm, test drove and it was good. Went to go home and it had an awd fault. A code in the pcm saying it was getting incorrect information from the bcm. So we'll have to check tomorrow and see if something else needs to be changed as well.
