Only the ActiveX on my Lariat. Seats warm up quickly, so does my steering wheel. I've always experienced heated seats on non-cloth materialed seats (Hyundai, Toyota, Lexus, and MB), so sorry, can not answer about cloth type heated seats.

Blindly ordered the Lariat Hybrid FE in July 2021. Used the local dealer. Only change: not listen to the Finance Mgr on non-Ford Protect ESP ....... this really turned me off because I was pressured into it, but is now refunded and going for Ford Protect @ 1/3 the price.
Top of the windshield: There are marks on each side of the windshield by the A-pillar called AS-1 line used by auto manufacturers to identify the sunvisor limit. These marks are the lowest legal points tint or blockage can be.

Used the child seat tether brackets attaching very small carabiners, then looped the straps on each side. Once looped into the carabiner, tightened the straps to take up the slack.
When closing the seat back, you have to almost slam it against the back for the striker to lock into the latch...

One of the adjustments that goes UP also moves slightly forward in the Lariat trim level. This should help, but remember, your feet will be farther up away from the pedals too. (When going DOWN, the seat will move slightly backwards.)
