So on my 2024 hybrid I'm having no issues with my 12v battery or deep sleep issues. What is the advantage of changing the state of charge from 80% to 95%? Why 95% when you could change it to any figure? Why not 100%? Why did the Ford engineers decide 80%?
Thanks
Thanks for the reply. Definitely not messing with it but it's good to know that if the instrument cluster had to be changed you could put in the correct mileage.
When you download the file how do you get forscan to see the file so you can return back to stock? Does it change the EZ items I've changed back to stock?
I'm still waiting for an answer if the activation speed can be adjusted with forscan. I live in a rual area with a slow and twisty road with lots of animals and would like to activate at lower speeds.

Thank you very much. I just received the recall for the taillights on my '24. I live about a two hour drive from the dealership so I'll wait untill I get the new recall notice. You saved me a trip!
Most manufactures for the last 10-15 years use lighting and most other things controled by a module. Maybe a few vehicle manufacturers from mother Russia still use switch controlled lighting.
So I just got the recall letter for the tailights on my two week old Maverick. I've changed out the taillight bulbs with LEDs. Does fhis cause an issues when you go in? If your running LED bulbs isn't the overload condition the BCM sees (as per the tsb) something that will never happen...
I'm thinking the grill change to reflect the styling of the F150 and new Ranger is something that is enviable and is likely something will happen. I don't think we will see any big changes in the powertrain and it will just be refresh. Considering the Hybrid powertain is the best selling...
