I measured mine at 6.5" across, so yes- at 8.5" across this is definitely bigger. Maybe Putco makes another one or would make another one in the correct size. Time to do a little research.

This definitely confirms Putco is the OEM. It's unfortunate that the front bumper cover has to come off to install it, but it's not that bad to do. Can you take a width measurement and a pic of the back of the emblem? Interested to know if it would fit a 22-24 and maybe wiring is why it's not...

Not sure about the voltages, but do you have the Noco on the AGM setting? I have on a couple occasions charged mine with a Noco1 while I've been away and not had any issues. I imagine it just takes longer.

The A/Z/X plans are set pricing - it can be combined with rebates, but I think $10k off is a stretch for an Escape. Maybe on something >$100k you could see something like that with a big rebate combined, but I don't think you'll see that on a Maverick or similar.

Send an email directly to DD. They are very responsive. I know when I ordered my kit that it did take a little while, I imagine they make them in batches vs. a regular production item. It is worth the wait. Definitely not a Fast Maverick situation.
