What about the Brembo brake setup in Mustang Mach E GT? You seem to have really done a lot of legwork here and my hat is off to you on your thorough research.
No, I got it....just, I don't work at the dealership. I will check on the complementary oil change this winter when I don't really feel like crawling under the Maverick in 15 degree weather....
PS: don't beat my Maverick (or me) with a stick.....lol
Understood, but the point of my post is places like Advance Auto will put the 5 quart bottle on sale and then stick it to you on the one quart bottle that you need to get the extra .7 quart...smart people such as yourself are looking down the road for the next change or two...but, some don't do...
Plus, the spec on the factory fitment Goodyear Territory 19's are Extra Load (XL), usually meaning an extra ply in the casing....presuming due to lessened sidewall size.....either way, an added cost come replacement time with reduced fitment options.
Oh, yes...lure you in on the 5 quart bottle on sale...then slay you with the needed extra 1 quart bottle not on sale and sell to you at full pop...they do it every time.
My full regimen is after I am done with my oil change, I pour the old oil into the 5+1 bottles and box up the used filter - when I go back to store, I will deposit the used filter in their garbage can out front as I walk in and drop the bottles off for them to dump in their recycling cube. No...
I noticed poor reception on my 2025 but didn't give it much thought since I mostly listen to Pandora anyway. I then noticed the small silver button on the top of the "shark fin" and realized that the dealer forgot to put the antenna on when they prepped it. Opened up the glove box and the...
If the "complimentary first oil change" is done with the wrong oil...just how complimentary is it?? I am not even going to bother getting a free oil change only to know I would have to pay extra for them to bump it to full synth....
Closest I found was Costco had a "Six-Pack" on sale (about the same as the 5+1 at NAPA) but since my NAPA store is just down the road and a trip to Costco is a 35 mile planned trip...NAPA for the win.
I really like my 2025 Lariat hybrid.....I almost went with a 2025 Escape hybrid, but the girlfriend drives a 2024 and just could not bring myself to have the same vehicle (personal thing....lol)...even though, I would have opted for the PHEV version....glad I decided to go with Mav instead.
Since I have my hybrid, I am now rolling up on 5K and even though the 'oil life monitor' says I have plenty of life left in the oil, I will feel better changing it myself. I shopped and shopped different stores....Walmart, O'Reilly, AutoZone, Advance....I have opted for NAPA for my oil purchase...
Starting in 2013 when I bought a CPO 2011 Lincoln MKX...push button shift on dash was easily adapted to. traded in for 2021 Corsair with the "piano button" style shift on dash...again, easily adapted to. Traded for 2021 then 2022 Bronco Black Diamond...back to center console mounted...
