I understand your frustration having had multiple repairs to a then new 2023 Explorer Timberline. The service department relied heavily on Ford Tech too...in the end, I got rid of it as no one was holding a gun to my head to keep it.

I took a beating when I traded my 2023 Ford Explorer Timberline with just over 20K miles on it for my 2025 Maverick Lariat hybrid AWD....but it was my beating to take....I wanted what I wanted and made my best deal....I don't need "advice" on how to lose $$....Pretty good at it on my own.....
