Nah, I've done "pad slaps" and never had issues. If your rotors are good/within spec, bed the new pads in with repeated braking and you're fine.

The Mav has a pretty bad turning radius. 40' vs 35' for a Crosstrek Length: 200" vs 176.4 Although the Mav is a small-truck, I don't think it drives small in town / parking lots.

And I'm glad CARB exists and has created standards that have lowered emissions all throughout the nation.

Bronco Sport wheels meet OP's criteria. And the Escape HVAC I'm going to install to get my temp display on the knob. ACC - Adaptive Cruise Control was a big DIY hack job :)
