Yeah, they effed up. Looks like it ONLY fits retractable.

Really - no returns on the Yakima b/c it was on sale? That sucks.
Where's the data? How often to change? How much longer does your engine last with 1k OCI vs 5k vs 10k? Guess all the people that follow the OLM are just grinding their engines to an early death - b/c "viscosity breakdown".
I agree that change is difficult. It is why so many people hold onto...
Whelp - my Mav screen is small and dim. I'd take bright (for sun) any day.
It's not the size that's the issue - its that it can't get [brightness] up enough that matters.
Maybe add a link to the C&D article and update your OP to include a note that the article you read seems ... not true? Many people read a post or two and reply and will never know - kinda how crazy theories keep spreading...
Exactly.
You don't have to be a professional statistician to notice that these AutoInsuranceEZ numbers look a wee bit questionable. Because, EVs and hybrids aside, if 1530 conventional internal-combustion cars (aka, "most of the cars") are catching fire per 100,000 vehicles, that would equate...
...but people spout early oil changes as if there is some data that backs it up. There isn't. Not with modern engines and modern oils.
There ARE reports of used oil analysis showing that following the OLM is completely appropriate.
Its the Internet. When someone is wrong you have to call them...

Was $10 after points. (see my sig for a coupon, if Ford site doesn't show one)
Best thing - it flattens the bed. Foam contours underneath fill the bed stamping to make a level surface and adds padding for...
Rear cross traffic alert catches vehicles and chimes - but not sure it does pedestrians. Need CoPilot 360 option. That would get you blind spot monitoring and lane keep assist also. Hard to add after the fact, though.
Keep practicing.
There is no data to show that one year oil changes are needed with modern engines and modern engine oils.
Oil made it millions of years underground, months through refinery and transporting to sit on a shelf waiting for a customer to buy it. There is no "best by" date - whether...
Can you comment on whether the Ford engineers are correct in their design of "Ford Maverick's Intelligent Oil Life Monitor", or if we should simply ignore factory recommended maintenance intervals?
