FWIW, I just received my XLT a week ago in Indiana. Sticker said CONVOY, ramp was CH79. Ford customer service told me it was going by train to Chicago (CH79) then truck to my dealership
After you collect your data go into engineering mode and change your AFE factor and make the dash economy read more accurately. There are posts on how to do this.
It wasn’t brought back by popular demand, it has always been available as a dealer installed option.

You can use FordPass points. Also, it does require dealer programming, takes 15 minutes or so
