Being a big fan of lowered trucks I wouldn't remove the isolators. Just throw two sand bags in the bed, it'll bring it down and it will ride better. Want more low? More sandbags.

Yes but no. There's really nothing to vent out of there as there's just a small gap between the fender and inner fender. I suppose you could vent the engine bay, but why?
