I can walk up to my truck with just the cell phone and nothing happens. If I walk up to it with the key fob in my pocket I get the clickety clickety of the relays under the hood.
Just my buddy and me out doing truck stuff in my hybrid. Made a run to Northern Tool and Lowes with the dog in tow. Included my trip numbers for the way there and back. Made a few other stops in between there while we were out, but only took the pictures of the longer runs.
Yeah the wait for me was two fold:
1. I wanted a hybrid so I had to wait
2. The price. I was on board with the 22 price, not the 24 price, that's why I ordered one then. So when mine finally came in, in February, when I stacked the private offer for being a rollover, x-plan, and recent grad...
Just did mine at 5000 miles and the oil I took out was still clean. I'm not a fan of the half sized filter they come with, but like I said the oil that came out was still clean so good enough. I will go an additional 10000 now and check it to see if I can really make the 15000 that the oil is...
Super easy to remove. Fold it all the way forward and unscrew the front two clips that latch it to the bed. Done. I lift mine off and toss it in the back seat when I need to do this.
Only took a couple days for mine to show up at the dealership. I waited for my points to show up to order it which took a week or two after I signed the paperwork for the truck. I recommend this method as ordering it from the accessories website it is only $120 which beats the $195 they want if...
I commute 70 miles each way Mon-Thur every week. Almost all of this is with the cruise set at 75. I have seen 29 mpg and 41 mpg. Average between 35-36. The biggest difference for me seems to be temperature. Right around 70 gets the best mileage. Anything below 50 is going to be rough. Still...
2024 Atlas Blue Hybrid Lariat
After a 15 month wait it has been in my possession 7 weeks today (3/30/24)
I hit the 5000-mile mark yesterday on my way home from work as it's my daily driver.
First car I've owned that actually makes me look forward to the commute. Hit 41 MPG for my 70-mile...
It lets you know when the tires are set to the correct pressure so you can move on to the next one and you don't have to walk back to check the info cluster on the dash, or if you don't have a tire pressure gauge handy.
Just have to use an address outside of California to sign up. A family member or friend works. Several have done this already. Everything is done online and will save you a fortune to get the official ford plan which can then be used at any dealership in California.
