Great deal you scored on those Pirelli's and they look great. We are in the market for new tires for our 23 Escape Hybrid AWD which came with the same Primacy's (and same size) that your Lariat came with. Any update on your Maverick and it clunking when slowing down around 13mph? I know you mentioned your dealer changed out the RDU and the clunk unfortunately came back on the newly installed RDU unit. Is that still the case? Anything new to report?

I just took a quick look through this thread and it looks like @twntyfive2life mentions the thunk on their 4K tow Maverick - at least that's it shows they have in their profile. Maybe they can confirm that is indeed the case? Anyone else with a 4K tow Maverick (hybrid or EB) have the 13mph thunk?

Thanks for the reply. I guess my interest in an actual bed bag is that it's large enough that I can put a few pieces of luggage in there and whatever we need and zip all of it up in there and keep it nice and try. You never know what the weather is going to do and I'd rather be over protected...

The fluid getting thicker or thinner may be the issue too. It's interesting that not everyone with an AWD Maverick has the 13 mph thunk but maybe the fluid is only affected by cold weather therefore people with AWD Mav's that live in a warmer climate never have issues? Could very well be so...
