Definitely post up and let us know what you got.
  2. Carmigo Cars Sold for $2,500 More compared with Carvana and Vroom in October

@carmigo you have some data you can share on recent Maverick transactions? As I noted in your other thread, the high bid (which I accepted) on my 2022 XL was $34,500 on May 31. Your "estimate" was what I used as the reserve, $36,500 which seemed absurd. But now your estimate for my fully...
  3. Carmigo Makes it Easier to Sell Your Ford Maverick -- Here's How

I can vouch for them. I sold my 2022 XL FWD EB through Carmigo in May for almost $12,000 more than I paid. It was well above what anyone else was offering, so the fee was no big deal. 2 months later we used Carmigo again to auction our Genesis G70 and again got several thousand dollars more...
  4. Consumer Reports: Hybrid more dependable than gas

That hybrids are more reliable should come as a surprise to no one. The Toyota Prius has been proving this for two decades.
  5. Observed MPG reduction in cold weather.

My Maverick is averaging 33.9 over 3700 miles, which is pretty good given that about 3,000 of those were at interstate speeds 75-80mph. I owned an EB for 2,000 miles and drove it in much more efficient conditions and it averaged 26.
  6. Honda/Toyota buyers seeing the "Light"??

To me, there is more to quality than nothing broken just like there is more to reliability than just being drivable. Nothing on my Maverick is broken, but there are a lot of small fit/finish/execution/polish issues that have really sapped my enjoyment of the truck. Not all were complete...
  7. Very rough idle on Hybrid XLT

Mine is not smooth, but it's not super rough. I have about 10,000 miles less than you. Have you considered selling and buying another Toyota? That's what I'm doing.
  8. Honda/Toyota buyers seeing the "Light"??

3,700 miles now on my Lariat Lux Hybrid - not sure how you could drive a Maverick and then say Honda or Toyota are off their game when it comes to quality. The Maverick is an interesting, entertaining vehicle but its build quality doesn't justify even the $29.3k price I paid for this one. I...
  9. Is it possible that my Lariat Hybrid has a 16.5 gallon gas tank?

I've filled up 8 times now and even at 20 miles to E, my Lariat Hybrid has never held more than 14.6.
  10. Cheap auto-dimming, homelink mirror

It went fine. I tapped constant power, not the purple/white because I didn’t want issues with interior lighting. What I meant in my post was that the truck turns off the mirror in about 15 minutes after I shut it down. That’s good. We weren’t sure if it would keep it powered up for 2 hours or more.
  11. Noise from dash/ windshield, ticking plastic rubbing

Yes it rattles. Too many hard plastics and questionable build quality to expect any different. I knew this going in.
  12. October Hybrid Orders United

Day 16.. mile 2,000 with mine. Taken from passenger seat (obviously).
  13. Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR) FORScan mod (confirmed working)

I’m available to help if it is sometime in the next few hours today.
  14. Daylight savings woes with clock

Unless I’m misunderstanding the toggle, you have to toggle it on or off manually to adjust the clock. It won’t automatically do it.
  15. Gear Dial Annoyance

I don’t mind it. I like it less than I like a traditional shifter, but I like it more than I like some of Honda’s push button “hunt and peck” (as Alex on Autos calls them) shifters.
  16. Daylight savings woes with clock

Have Lariat with Sync3 and it was definitely not automatic.
  17. Darn Key Fob!

I actually do this frequently but not every time.
