I am not the person you asked but if I had to hazard a guess I'd say dealership being dealership. If you haven't noticed - most are useless.

If I had a dollar for every time I typed "if you have a VIN, you're getting a MY22" I could pay for my hybrid Lariat Lux in cash and have money leftover. The VIN is coded to the year. Per Ford themselves - they issue a VIN only when they have secured all parts needed.

You won't get a build to day email. Supposedly, when you get the build-to-week email they've also scheduled the day. That was true for mine. I got a build week of 9/5 and when I checked the build day was 9/7. This ended up being 9/10 but they were close anyway. Tracker dates said in production...

Yeah I also got one of these automated messages after my truck was already built.

I second the above poster that says ask for a "secondary status". Or ask your dealer for a Vehicle Visibility Report. My Lariat Lux was officially in production 9/10, built and shipped 9/19. Something is not right with yours.

We have no way to know that. No official numbers.

I hope so for you, but that is also what I was told in October 21 for my 22 Maverick Lariat Hybrid. It just shipped and is still a month away from being here.

Clearly the ones built after July 9 are not included. It said that in the recall.

I got that email after mine was already in production and was built/shipped a few days later.

My Ed-ordered Lariat Lux Hybrid shipped this morning. It was in production status for 21 days, but in production date on the tracker was 9/10 and built 9/21.

I switched my XL rollover order to Atlas Blue now that the glitch is fixed. Really hoping for some clarification on allocations shortly.

Well the slide that was sent by our PA dealer definitely said it was for a year. Some journalist needs to interview Farley and ask him where he is finding these absolute morons to hire to run the Maverick marketing stuff. I can’t believe a company this size can be so insanely stupid...
