They didn't offer the rear sliding window as an option for XL's or XLT in 2025 (wish they would have offered that as an add on as well). EDIT: I believe it was only offered as an add-on for Lariat and Lobo trims.
Same here. If I could have added ACC, different interior colors besides the blue and brown seats, it may have been the most perfect vehicle I have ever owned. :)
I really wanted adaptive cruise on my 25 XLT with 4k tow but couldn’t justify the $4k+ added expense when a) I like the XLT wheels better b) also like the cloth seats c) live in the South and would rarely use any kind of heated components. I had that on my old Tundra and it was just annoying...
Good deal. I also waited years to order one as I had a perfectly good 17 year old Tundra that just kept trucking. Finally at 245k miles it started leaking oil and I took that as my queue to pull the trigger on a new Maverick.
Generally agree with other folks that if your within $4k or 5k, it...
Having the same dilemma. Just wanted something other than black. Thinking hard about dark grey or stainless steel. Possibly white. I like the yellow letters and if I lived in Green Bay or was a Packers fan would probably go with that 🙃
I know, this is old news but I know some folks are doubting the mpg's on the hybrid AWD's (this is common on the FWD's, I know). Granted I've had the Maverick since the end of January but....two personal bests: 62.1 mpg on a commute yesterday and 580 miles on a tank of gas :)
Absolutely love my Maverick and it's amazing what they have done with the inside space. That being said, even without a large adult in the front seat(s), I would not want to condemn an adult to traveling in the back seat longer than 1 to 1.5 hrs at a time. Mostly because they will be sitting...
Hello, has anyone added (whether aftermarket or OEM) a rear power slider window to a 25 XL or XLT? Mostly curious to how the wiring to a switch was ran/cabled and mounted in the cab? Not sure if it matters but it is AWD w 4k tow with Copilot 360 1.0. Just being as descriptive as possible.
My first one and thought I would dislike it but is a non issue. I understand and appreciate now that it does save space in the cab and to pull off what the Maverick has done as far as interior space , it’s a critical piece.
I absolutely love my Eruption Green Maverick and would order another one if I had to do it all over again. Also love the fact that 25 may be the only year you could get one. That being said, get used to washing it, it does show the dirt and water spots something fierce lol
A little more clearance up front will be nice, even if it is just .5 inch or so. I also travel on some occasional farm gravel/dirt roads, nothing too crazy though.
Hello, checking to see what everyone's input is on switching to 235/65r17 tires? Particularly the Firestone Destination AT's? Love my Maverick and the 225 Continentals are fine, but I do like the way the 235's look a little beefier. Don't think I want to go all the way to 245 just yet, maybe...
Ok, glad I bought a green 25. Only thing that appeals to me is the slider window option for the XLT. Totally would have opted in on that. It’s ok, plan on adding that later myself.
Who in the f%$^ck that isn't in a specialized profession or construction drives a truck with an 8' bed??? That's what rentals are for. Let me drive around town, go to work, park at the grocery store (all by myself), and oh yeah go to Home Depot to get some long a$$ lumber twice this year. Had a...
Someone needs to tell Motor Trend that the 2025 Hybrid Maverick can tow up to 4k pounds if properly equipped.
"The Maverick can tow up to 4,000 pounds when equipped properly, though the hybrid version can only pull 2,000. We expect Toyota’s truck to have similar capabilities, with plenty of...
