Is there a list of what each of the two batteries in the Hybrid powers?
what powers interior lights?
which actually powers the engine starter?
what charges the 12V battery located under the rear seat?
what powers the wipers, a/c fan, washer fluid... turn signals...
and so forth.
Just bought a used 2023 Hybrid XLT, but mismatched tires of different brands and tread wear. I'm looking for a set of four 225/65 R 17 within a reasonable driving distance from Myrtle Beach.
That is an idea that I could easily do... but? I have seen somewhere that you shouldn't connect anything directly to the 12v battery under the seat because it will mess with the computer that controls the charging for that battery. Maybe that's wrong. Comments welcome.

UPDATE: I pulled the back cover off the console and checked the voltage to the USB outlet. I was amazed to see 14.4VDC available on the plug that connects that outlet. So, the actual plug must step the voltage down to 5v.
Pretty tiny wires though.
Now to see if Ford had a regular cig lighter...
Interesting diagram. I'm generally pretty good with wiring diagrams, but that one is somewhat confusing, as it does show 12v going to both a "power outlet socket" and the "USB charge port". I guess I'll have to pull it apart and find out.
My XLT is equipped with the USB charge port and 400w...
On my 2023 Hybrid XLT, there is an outlet with 2 USB plugs mounted in the center console facing the rear seats. What I need back there is an old fashioned cigarette lighter outlet, which I think could easily fit in the same place were the USB outlets are.
The question is: will I find 12vdc...
I searched the forums but didn't see this topic. I just purchased a used 2023 Maverick XLT, and now I need to make it my truck, and delete the previous owner.
I just downladed the FORD app, and there is a place in there to make the vehicle mine, and it offers two options:
-Driver reset
-Factory...
If you registered you ford in any state, ford already has all your data because they know your VIN number. That means they have access to all the FordPass data, whether you use the app or not.
Hoping to see more replys about dolly towing a FWD Hybrid. I about to purchase a used 2023 XLT Hybrid, and need to tow it home from about 200 miles away using my 2017 Nissan Frontier using a U-Haul tow dolly.
How do you guys lock the steering wheel? How do you release the parking break?
It's...
