Could it be some sort of pedestrian sounder warning when it's in electric mode? Maybe it wasn't as pronounced in the earlier models? Just guessing...

Looks like they either didn't put the wiper back correctly when the windshield was replaced or that heavy wet stuff on it is preventing it from travelling further. I'd bet on the first one.

Awesome write up that'll help a lot of folks! Just a suggestion but you may want to lower your tire pressure down to 35. It comes from the factory at 40 for transit and dealer prep may have forgot to lower it.

That part number shows it is a regular FLA, not AGM, so hopefully it will hold up until the software fix comes in.

Just thought of something...maybe the Mavs that lock the doorlocks themselves also mess with window locks just to mess with our heads? Just kidding!

I copied and pasted that from the 24MY manual. It's the same wording in all manuals. I just checked mine ('23 XLT) and it works... Window lock on: light is illuminated, rear seat switches are locked, drivers side can do all windows, passenger can do their window. Maybe there's more to it across...

The window lock locks out only the rear window switches from operating. The drivers and passenger switches are still operable.

Our lowly XL/XLT's have the really special system called CTR...connected touch radio...lol!

Technically he can plug it in but it will still do wireless by default (I think). He says it connects but drops sometimes. I think there's some more diagnosing to do. I have a lowly 23 XLT also, and love it and just got a wireless dongle that works effortlessly. Now I have a fake Sync4 for...

He has a 2025 with Sync 4 which is all wireless...no dongles or cords to mess with.
