Been watching the Ford Maverick hybrids since they were first released -- couldn't find them locally, even for a test drive. Finally picked up a 2023 Cactus Grey XLT Hybrid on Friday, December 13th, 2024 -- woo hoo! The truck was a bit of a risk as it was in Tampa during Milton, but I couldn't find signs of water damage, and the dealership had dropped the price just trying to get it off the lot. . No fancy modding or anything, lol. In the scant month I've been driving the truck, my average mpg (as calculated after filling the tank) is between 38.3 - 38.8, which I'm delighted with.
