I had the first oil change on 6/7 (July 23 build, 7500 miles) and asked service to hold off on the recalls, 23C41 and 24S27, until August, when inspection is due. When I picked it up they said the tech noticed the recalls and just did 24S27. On 6/11, the oil change showed up in the service...

I had the same thing happen while trying it out on a long, winding, 10% grade. Engine braking did the work and less foot on the brake, but that 5K rpms scared me too much to stay in it, so I played with tow/haul mode and it did better.

I have the same one and it does the same thing. Not to worry, it's air coming up from underneath the truck from the front drain holes in the bed. As per the instructions don't overtighten the front clamps, you'll bend the bed frame rails.

Got it to tow a teardrop trailer as my next purchase, so the mileage should increase considerably...nowhere near yours though...lol:)
