I've only ever put large advertising graphics on the side of our work trucks and that was about $350 (for a Tahoe). According to google, it should be in the range of $2,000-$3,500 if you are doing 100% coverage and that cost is mostly labor. Those small decals that I posted above were only $60...

That's a shame. Hopefully it grows on you. Worst case scenario you could consider adding some vinyl decals to try to liven up the color a bit more. Maybe stuff like this. Or heck, vinyl wrap the whole car is cheaper than painting it.

Did you see the color on another vehicle or do you have yours already? If your truck is not scheduled for production and you are above a priority level 2, you can make changes to your order.

Mine is 21 ft deep. I can comfortable fit my Mazda with my bike perpendicular in front or behind it plus room to walk around. The Maverick is about 2 ft longer so it's going to be tight but at least everyone gets to sleep inside! Time for the old hang a tennis ball from the ceiling trick!

Its a hybrid, so I'm probably never going to floor it... I bought it for fuel efficiency and practicality.

Sounds like they did not submit your order correctly and now that ford is not accepting any more hybrid orders until next summer, you're SOL... Sad all these dealers are lying about it rather than owning up to their mistake.

Ford corporate moves your order to a priority 2 when it is previewing your order for potential scheduling. It means scheduling is imminent (theoretically for some at least).

Why not flexbed it up with some 2 x 4s? Slide some lumber through the sliding tie down points like TFL did in their video and then screw a cross brace on top even with your roof line. Rest the front part of the kayak ontop of your cab (with protection of course) and the rear end over the wooden...

Several examples on this site where the dealers are saying Ford cancelled the customer orders without reason when in actuality the dealer never placed the order correctly or they are trying to sell the car out from under them for a markup. Ford is not taking any more hybrid orders until summer 2022, but they are still producing hybrids that have already been ordered. Maybe he got his information crossed?
