It's in the range, without trying to maximize hybrid fuel economy. I get just under 50 mpg driving about the same as you, except in eco mode (and 'forcing' electric by letting off gas a ciuple seconds and then slowly depressing again - I expect there is a name for this). But it's mostly...
That BYD has got a 17 gallon tank, which is unnecessary. No one needs 1300 miles per tank. But the notion of having a tiny ICE on board to only charge the EV battery (series hybrid) is interesting and should provide much better fuel economy/emissions than regular PHEV's, nevermind that one...
If you mean does the charging mat work when something is plugged into the adjacent USB ports, it does. I have wireless dongle for AA plugged in there and use the mat to charge phone.
I don't have an opportunity to drive off a tank on all back roads. I do too much highway mixed in. On shorter trips like you are talking about I might get 75+ mpg at times (20 miles in 40 minutes). Have gone 700+, seems like 650 tank combined more likely for me.
Tried slippery mode tonight for the first time (after reading this). What a treat! So much nicer than the 'heavy' regen eco mode is. Feels like it rolls forever. Will definitely be my new go to mode.
Ha yeah I like too!I bought a smooth black hitch receiver cover and put one of the stickers on it, which I'm very happy with! I should post a pic I guess
Yeah. Why the bottom right on left cluster doesn't pause if playing a source (and only mutes otherwise) is a miss. It says the mute button pauses some sources, but I have no idea what they might be, and it's definitely not audio books through my Libby app
I didn't know left button on radio would...
