They have more allocations than 16 currently. If BIG DADDY was # 21 of 76 in November, there must be over 50 allocations for Granger at this time. It's all on Ford right now. I think things will move quicker at this point, as Ford isn't handing out massive allocations just because a dealer...
Just heard from Samantha. There are 24 ahead of me. But, Granger is totally out of consideration on scheduling, as they have 100% allocations for their orders. It is 100% on Ford right now to get these scheduled and built.
I think being #21 was a good thing. Starting at a PC12 is high up there. I was PC 14 with a 1/26/22 order date.
I'll check with Samantha re my current PC. BTW, I am voting for her for President. She gets it done.
well absent the email from Ford for my Mav, I'll venture to add on the "cleat tie down kit 61D" tomorrow, since I already added SIBL last month. Should be a no-cost no-constraint addition.
I heard (perhaps not from official sources) that allocations were lumped for Mavs and Bronco Sports. If true, the mix of picks from FMC also is an issue for a particular dealer.
hoorah! My Granger Bronco Sport order just got scheduled. Now if the Mav order would get picked, it will make shipping/delivery scheduling a lot easier.
"We are excited to let you know your 2023 Bronco Sport Big Bend™ has been scheduled for production. Your vehicle is scheduled to be built...
That is old news (a few months) and it may or may not still be true. Dealers aren't always on top of the situation. I wouldn't be surprised to hear from them that chips are still a problem too. It's better to hang out on MTC for the latest communcations from Ford regarding constraints...
Some Granger orders might be previewing today. Thursday is the advance notice day. Ford Chat might show that info.
I suspect that most of the hybrid scheduling is remnants from 2022, but Ford is doing a lot of "whatever" based on allocations and builds, with order dates being a factor...
I have both vehicles on order. BS BB for the wife, hybrid Mav for myself. Each of us will use the hybrid for farm stuff, and the BS BB for more off road situations.
For my wife, I wanted BS BB with the CP360+ and active cruise. The taller driving position will make this a safer vehicle for...
I think your odds very good. You will be at the top of the list for Granger, and Ford has unfullfilled allocations for Granger.
My build the same as yours, but PC 14. I'm guessing I'm ok for a 2023 truck but really depends on how many hybrids Ford will build. Allocations ok but the Ford...
big thanks for posting. The system is working! I'll add mine in after the new year. Same build as yours, except I'm getting an aftermarket hard rollup.
Yes, they are my favorite too. When it comes to the 5 windows, the '65-7 with the 240 engine and heavier frame construction are choice. '67's the best because of dual master, backup lights. Those are rare indeed, only a few handfuls made and less still going.
Even Long MacArthur has a bunch of PCO's that do not show. Perhaps these are other dealers customer orders that have been rolledover through LM and the order number/sales codes are not matching? Whatever the circumstance. it is apparent that Ford is being slow to fix it.
ok thanks for the clarification. PCO's in general have been a fight, both dealers and FMC seem to avoid honoring them. Too many discouraging stories. I went ahead and renewed my FB membership (hopefully that covers all interpretations and dates). I hope Ford continues the program to include...
Makes sense to me. But the fine print specifically states: "Must be a Farm Bureau member for 30 consecutive days prior to purchase or lease and take new retail delivery from an authorized Ford Dealer's stock by January 3, 2023. "
Unfortunately there is nothing I can do to move the needle on...
apologize to OP if too far off topic...
Has anyone seen the FB program renewal past 1/3/2023? I had to renew my calendar year membership (never expected that it would take 1 year +) but so far I haven't seen a 2023 program with Ford.
Earlier, someone posted they were 15. Mine was 14 last I checked.
It really gets down to Ford at this point. Not taking '23 Mav orders should surely put Granger in position to receive their '22 orders. There should be plenty of dealer stock EB's rolling in too, so should be win situation...
