LOL I hear you, but ...you know kids in here are always having a hard-on for the ST stuff I figure I throw them a bone. I already got the paint... don't worry it is getting redone.
Nothing sucks more than going to a meet opening your hook, and having the same crap everyone else has. And although technically, Steeda makes a strut tower brace for the 2022 Ford Maverick, I opted to build my own! I say technically because the Steeda part was not designed for the Maverick but...
We just got back from a 4th of July trip to the east coast about 400 miles ... a little more than 1 oz.
75% on the PCV side ... 25%on what they call the "clean side" ...my a__
... as I mentioned before. This is all relevant to the driving conditions, load, distance, and temperature, which all play a role. However, the one size fits all oil service intervals are without a doubt misleading.
... great! This is all relevant to the driving conditions, load, distance, and temperature, all play a role. However, this crap about one size fits all oil service intervals is without doubt horse poop
Yes, it is, but it was backed order during the last ordering cycle. In fact, it was not even available from the dealers. My sources tell me that Ford has a new supplier.
Some people are saying 1500 miles... I can't find any documentation specifying that although as an engine builder is common practice. Nevertheless, I was told by a service adviser 5k!
All I have to say is to keep an eye on the hours and the oil.
… Hey @Mile777 and hope you are doing well, and I get your point. But also understand I am not claiming 4k capabilities. The 4K package is more than just a hitch.
With that said, I would rather keep mine after seeing the Class III unit U-haul is selling for the Maverick.
I have a 17-foot Mako...
... I found the mod quite easy even for those with limited tools. And depending on whether you get it done at the dealer or not we are talking about $300 to $400 saving!
Great job!
Since earlier in the week, I have been planning to hit the road this weekend, and during a fluid inspection on my 2022 EcoBoost-powered Ford Maverick, I discovered that my oil was trashed. I am talking about dark, with a burnt and gas smell. Although it is pretty HOT out here in Southwest...
Hey Maverick haters and lovers, sometimes it is hard to tell around here. Several friends and Mav owners have pointed out that the Ford Maverick OEM trailer hitch #NZ6Z-17D826-C seems a little pricy at $336.00! It is but is not terrible compared to Toyota and over brands. I chose to go with the...
... I think you misunderstood me! You need to be closer to 60-65! I only know one hybrid owner and he is getting 45 MPG on average in Miami traffic in other words 45-55 MPH
My friend, if your commuting is 80% on the highway and you purchase a hybrid, I am afraid you purchased the wrong technology!
The Hybrid technology shines on a bumper-to-bumper city commuting. The point of the hybrid is to get you up 35-40 MPH on electric power where the gas engine is less...
Hey guys, I already posted this on Reddit, but almost instantly, I was asked to share it here as well! So, as previously mentioned, those who have or are considering getting a Ford Maverick may be disappointed to know that Factory Cruise Control is not standard! Please know that Factory (OEM)...
Hey guy, I already posted this on a dedicated post called "Ford Maverick Catch Can Oil Separator Installation (IMO Best Practice)," but I figured I let everyone following this thread know.
I finally published the video on my take on installing a catch can oil separator on a 21+ Maverick with a...
Hey guys and girls, here is the video I mentioned I was going to create in an earlier post regarding the location of the PCV valve on the 2.0 EcoBoost engine found in 2021+ Ford Mavericks.
I was taken aback after finding application-specific kits for the top crankcase ventilation port (aka...
