Welp, picking my truck back up today to see if it's squared away. They claimed it was the 12v battery causing the deep sleep issue AND my passenger door touch lock failure so they replaced the battery. Not sold on whether this will fix the issue or not, so time will tell. 🙄
I'm taking my Maverick in to have the deep sleep mode issue addressed next week so here's hoping they can get it squared away without having to keep the truck 'til kingdom come....
I'd made it 17 months from delivery with no deep sleep notifications and now I've gotten three in the past two weeks. Definitely pushing me to get this addressed ASAP before I start having the no-start condition. 🙁
My passenger door stopped locking / unlocking by touch several months ago but until today (yay) I'd never had the Deep Sleep notification. I will be having the dealer look at the passenger door stuff when I have it in next but I'm much more dismayed to get the Deep Sleep notification. Guess I...
My favorite was driving though my neighborhood past a group of people looking at a mini monster truck and one of them turning around to see my Maverick and laughing. He was laughing so hard that I couldn't help but laugh my ass off too.
I've got a Carbonized Gray FE and while I had really wanted a blue Maverick the FE package ended up saving me a few shekels compared to piecing together the features I wanted. As for the decals, I will say that the hood decal cuts down on hood glare....
I did a similar 2022 to 2024 comparison and found the same to be true for my '22 truck. Warts and all, I'm glad from a financial standpoint that I got my FE when I did. I wish everyone hunting a 2024 good luck!
Yeahh...it took my dealer a total of less than 3 hours to change oil, rotate tires and do complete the airbag recall work. To say the least your situation seems fishy with terrible (if any) communication....Hope you can get some info from Ford on this ASAP.
I've got this one so I don't have to rely solely on 12V:

I would say I fall (thus far) into this post-TSB category as well. I have only had it back for about a week and a half but have only had the sudden grab once (and it wasn't as harsh).
Got my TSB software update this week (when I took truck in for the under hood fire recall addressed and the airbag parts ordered (backordered)). So far I've only had one "brake grab" since I picked my truck back up, and it does at least feel a little more linear in stopping. From the paperwork...
