  1. Western Washington

I ordered from Mullinax in Olympia last August. My build was cancelled recently. I searched lots all over the area and got my EB Lariat FX-4 last October. Love it so much.
  2. Set for adventure... Yakima Space Cadet installed on my DIY rear bed rack

Given post purchase cash flow challenges and relative lack of bed rack availability from Ford, Yakima or Thule I embraced the DIY ethos and made my own. At first I was going to try and utilize the mounting options provided by the pre drilled holes in the sides of the bed. I was not clever...
  3. Set for adventure... Yakima Space Cadet installed on my DIY rear bed rack

My daughter and I spent the weekend camping and biking. I had the chance to try this set up. Put the old Yakima Space Cadet on my DIY rear rack. We kept all gear outside the cab in the box or in larger waterproof duffels in the bed. Next step will be to copy some of the DIY tonneau ideas to...

Thank you!! I'll give it a try and report back.
  11. FM tuning

I'll hopefully get it fixed when I go in for my first oil change but my Maverick will not allow me to tune the FM radio. AM works perfectly. On FM, the tuner dial does not cause a change in frequency and if it does it hops around randomly before returning to a preset station (that were set...
  12. One Step Closer to my Maverick being as God Intended. Husky X-Act Contour installed

Its a good option. I think the entire floor though, like a Honda Element, should be all weather material
  13. One Step Closer to my Maverick being as God Intended. Husky X-Act Contour installed

The Maverick should have come standard, or at least have an option, for all weather floors. The use of carpet may help with sound, but in a car like this mostly what it does is collect dirt and pine needles from all of my adventures. These Husky Liners for the front fit perfectly. I also...
  14. Fitted Surfboards / SUP Paddle Boards in the Ford Maverick (with and without bed extender)

Great post. I have a 10+ foot SUP, that is inflatable. I have set-up my 12V connection in the bed for my pump. I fold it in half inside the bed and inflate quickly when I get to the put in. I am thinking about getting a combo (Bed rack plus at least one cross bar on the roof) for carrying it...
  15. Rokblokz Mud Flaps for 2022 Maverick now available

Just installed a set of these. Very smooth to put on. I did not have access to a lift. Seem very sturdy and ready to do the job.

  18. Snow days for the Maverick

I find the Alto Blue to be a superior color for snow.
  19. Snow days for the Maverick

I have to say, the"Slippery" drive setting is really remarkable. It's impact on wheelspin during acceleration and sledding during breaking are truly a thing of beauty.
  20. Snow days for the Maverick

L So true. The thing is almost too sure footed to spin at all and the electronic button doesn't have the same effect physically or emotionally.
