My notice on both the Ford Pass app and the NHTSA website cleared within two days. Make sure that your dealer put your vehicles VIN number into the Ford service system correctly.
The tracker isn't totally accurate, but then again neither is the vehicle visibility report. Both are only as accurate as the data that someone enters into them.
When my Maverick went to the body shop it showed as shipped on the tracker as well as in the vehicle Visibility Report. Ford is not to specific about where it was shipped to, only that it left the plant.
Did you get the SIBL with the Lux package? If so then yes that would happen since the "shipped" was sending it to get the SIBL done, not shipping to the dealer.
What is listed under the Primary Status? The secondary status delay means that there aren't enough trucks available to transport it further than where it currently is - which is Rolla. However it doesn't say which state that particular Rolla is in.

I replaced ours with BFG KO2's due to the heavy snow and winter slush we've been getting and the Pirelli's didn't handle those conditions very well. I used one of the ones taken off to give us a REAL FULL SIZE spare.
