I finally spoke to someone in the service department today. He said he had to order the part, so he took my contact info and said he'd contact me when it arrives. I forgot to confirm if I'll be getting my Yeti tumbler, but I'm not leaving there without it or equal compensation.

In northern Iowa, I've been driving mostly city miles all winter. It has been cold, snowy, colder, and snowier. I'm getting 21 mpg. In the summer, when I was driving more hwy miles, I was averaging 30 mpg. As stated here, you should expect significantly worse milage this time of year.

The signals are dark smoke, and the headlights are light smoke. Ford emblem is silver on black vinyl.

This was highly informative! I like the idea of using the U bolts to secure the receiver. I'm sure it can be accomplished without removing the crash bar.
