Thank you! My Ready to Drive screen looks the same, just larger due to the 6" screen. I imagine the configuration field would be the same. I see you have an EB so if you need someone to try the values or you want my asbuilt, let me know.
I haven't had any issues with it, but throw another EB recommendation into the pool. Given you'd be doing short trips you won't see much of a benefit to the hybrid as it'll take quite some time to heat up the coolant before it starts going into EV mode. Not much better than an EB - I've been...
The individual making the mistakes here is the owner. There's clearly a lack of training and quality control that remains unaddressed. The management style of handling complaints as they come without doing anything to prevent them from happening in the future deserves to be blasted.
Way ahead...
Yep that's the one. There's a dedicated 12V circuit behind the cover to power DIY accessories.
If yours was sprayed over, you're definitely in for some parts and potentially a re-spray.
Funnily enough, you zooming in on the photo made me realize that the partially stripped Torx is visible -...
Wanted to start a fresh thread regarding North Shore Line-X.
TL;DR... they did a pretty piss poor job on my truck the first time around and I recommend going elsewhere.
Here's the list from what they did on my Lariat:
Sprayed too thin (note the yellow showing through).
Wire for tailgate wiring...
Forgot to mention that - two of my tie-down Torx screws were partially stripped from them tightening them at an angle (secondary to using an impact in the first place...). They were still operable so I didn't try to have him replace them but yeah... not a great experience.
North Shore Line-X in Massachusetts.
Here's the list from the shit job they did on my Lariat:
Sprayed too thin (note the yellow showing through).
Wire for tailgate wiring ran through wrong hole.
Overspray on bumper cover, tow hitch, and the crack between the taillights and the rear quarters...
Yeah, give me a minute to get the pics from the job they did on mine. It's seriously shitty that they put jobs like this out the door. I had a feeling it wouldn't just be me. I got the same excuse that spraying over grommets is their SOP.
Ask to talk to Eric, the owner. He made everything right...
I had an extremely similar experience to you. This wasn't North Shore Line-X by chance, was it?
Did they spray over your 12V flex-port covers too?
Very interested to hear. No matter what they shouldn't be spraying over the rubber grommets. Those are for tonneau cover / wiring and should be...
Good for you.
I never said that buying a new 2,500 square foot home is normal or required, I said that's all that builders in my area (Eastern MA) are building which leaves supply of entry-level homes completely dry. I'm all for smaller homes.
I saved for 8 months and paid cash for my truck...
This thread's been awesome. I'm 26 and am facing the housing affordability crisis mentioned above. I work hard, have two degrees in computer engineering and am paid very well for my age as a software engineer, making well north of the average household income in my state. No student debt, no...
Any chance you have more info on how you got the TSR to show American-style signs? I've only been able to get the European style to show up. Thanks in advance!
It is critical to note that you need to use a module from the same engine type if you're trying to avoid programming it. Taking the climate module from a gas Escape and dropping it into a hybrid Maverick will make all the right lights, but it won't perform as it should due to the different A/C...
